F&B Manager at Hard Rock Hotel in Davos

The studies at SSTH provides the perfect background for a career in the hotel business industry.

I had a great time at SSTH. Great school, professionally led, international, flair and super teaching staff.
Nevertheless, you are not a "finished" hotelier after graduation. The process takes years and experience comes with the operative.


My recommendation to the current students:

 
Be open to learn new things every day and network with colleagues from all over the world. Even today, I can still exploit valuable synergies, for example in the case of short-term personnel requirements.

Every day is different - make the best out of it

Consistency, daily ability to motivate oneself and others in a difficult working environment, quick comprehension and even faster action, good leadership of employees with a touch of "strictness" when appropriate are the most important skills for me to be successful in my job as F&B Manager at Hard Rock Hotel Davos. I do my job out of passion. The job is varied and you get to know a lot of people every day. "Every day is different - make the best out of it"
